Supermooie rustige locatie, enorm vriendelijk personeel, prachtige kamer, alles is prachtig aangelegd, goede service! Communicatie via WhatsApp is fijn zodat je op je eigen tempo kunt aangeven wat je wil qua ontbijt of room cleaning. Restaurant is prachtig en geweldig uitzicht. Heerlijk bed met geweldig uitzicht, badkamer idem. Nou, gewoon een dikke aanrader!!! 🥰

ur recent stay at Harsa Sanctuary genuinely exceeded every expectation we had for our time in Ubud. We checked in during the early morning hours, and despite the odd time, the 24-hour help desk greeted us with an extremely warm and gracious welcome. That level of attentiveness set the tone for the entire trip. The property itself has everything you could possibly need, paired with exceptional staff and a remarkably close-knit, welcoming community vibe. It truly felt like we weren't just guests, but had become part of their family. The natural setting is breathtaking our room featured an exceptional tropical jungle view complete with a hammock. Spending our mornings relaxing on the hammock while breakfast was served right to us in comfort was an absolute highlight. Speaking of dining, the on-site restaurant served consistently delicious food, and the spa was fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring. What truly sets Harsa Sanctuary apart, however, is their curated experiences. We booked several excursions directly through the stay, including the Mt. Batur sunrise tour, silver jewelry making, and a water purification ritual, and we are so glad we did. Every single one felt deeply authentic and non-touristy. For our water purification ceremony at a beautiful temple in Ubud, our guide walked us through every detail and provided rich cultural context, making it feel like an extremely private, meaningful experience rather than a standard tourist stop. The staff even went the extra mile to thoughtfully pack us breakfast for our early morning Mt. Batur departure. Whether you want to rent bikes, book immersive local experiences, or simply relax in a tranquil sanctuary, this place is a true one-stop shop for everything you want to do in Ubud. If you are looking for an authentic, warm, and intimate escape away from the standard commercial crowds, I cannot recommend Harsa Sanctuary highly enough.

The staff is super freaking and helpful all proficient in english very caring the rooms are nice and overall the stay was super pleasant

The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings. Great spa treatment. Complimentary water was provided daily.

My husband was told to refrain from smoking although it was a smoking villa and he was smoking in the balcony. Apparently the neighbors complained about the smoke smell. We never stayed in the room for the entire day. We were there in the evenings only because we had tours. He was not smoking the entire time just a cigarette in the evening. How can you be told what to do in the place you paid for and allows smoking in the balcony? That was not acceptable. We we also asked daily what we want for breakfast but when we get to breakfast we are told they out of stock on certain items. Cheese burger came without cheese. No Coco pops. I ordered a dinner which supposed to come with 4 king prawns however I was given about 6 shrimps. Ridiculous because it was an expensive dinner. However the deco was great and I paid in full. Very steep driveway. The car could not get back up. We walked up to the road to take a cab. The room is very small. Can hear your neighbors talk. But it's comfortable.
