Everything ! Comfortable, clean, AC in the room, pool is super nice too. The host is extremely helpful, chill and friendly. Perfect location, supermarket just in front and only 10 min from the shore. Our room had an amazing balcony where we could see a lot of birds and even a small crocodile!!

Álvaro el anfitrión súper atento en todo con nosotros, facilidades y ayuda en todo, hasta nos ayudó con el transporte y nos guardó mochilas mientras pasábamos una noche en Sirena. Está en Drake al alcance de todo. La habitación súper limpia y las camas súper cómodas, habitación perfecta para nuestras necesidades. Si volvemos volveremos aquí.

The host did offer a full refund when we expressed how unhappy we were, and we did stay the night, so it can't have been that bad

The area around the house was very untidy, the grounds had half drunk bottles of liquor and beer left around, tins of paint and solvents. The photos do not represent the current state of the property. There were some very simple things the host could have done without any spend which would have sorted this all out but either he is too busy with both his jobs or doesn't care. BTW the pool is green and seems to have no chemicals or filter system. But a cheap price, maybe we shouldn't have expected more, but the photos aren't representative.
