Great location, 3 bedrooms, early check-in, and excellent working air conditioning.
Trying to communicate with property management was extremely stressful. I had booked this stay months ago and wasn’t able to finally get the information needed to check-in until the day before. The unit also isn’t at the same address as the listing. You are also told to say that you are friends with the owner., not that you are renting it, and to keep it private. I am pretty sure this is an illegal rental but thankful it all worked out for our group. I learned my lesson. Also, one of the mattresses upstairs had a spot of blood on the mattress that was visible through the white sheets.

Good location. 3 bedrooms. Large size fridge. Washer and dryer
Getting information on checkin was not good. As a traveller from Europe coming with kids we had booked this month's ago and despite multiple requests , whatsapp,, text and calls most went unanswered which was causing us stress. We finally got information a day before we were to arrive.
The message also had strange instructions like
"If neighbours ask please refer to yourselves as family friends of Josh'
Apartment access is on 1st floor via stairs only. Which you have to take care if carrying large heavy suitcases.
The main TV had no signal so was useless.
The AC units in the rooms were loud even in standby mode. And one of the beds had a loose springs that made it hard to sleep.
