Quiet, central, cozy & good value

The AC & ventilators in each room! It's a walking distance from the bus terminal. Martha is a lovely host; I highly recommend her and I would definitely come back.

Only one room had a TV; maybe it'd be better to put it in the living room. But who really needs a TV with the pool outside and the ocean 15min away? :)

Great value for money, with a very comfortable bed and excellent communication with the host.

The accommodation provided facilities that made my stay comfortable, including a kitchen and a washing machine. The bed was cozy, and the apartment was spacious. The highlight of my experience was the communication with the host—extremely responsive and genuinely helpful.

The kitchen utensils were worn out and could have been cleaner. I also encountered cockroaches on the bed and mosquitoes in the apartment. This wasn’t a major issue for me since I’m not very sensitive to it and I had the option to switch rooms—one of them didn’t have bugs, so I moved there. I did notice that some residents of the compound came to the back of my apartment to use the washing machine. That was fine because I was traveling alone, but if I were with my girlfriend, I would prefer to pay more for better privacy and to avoid these inconveniences. On the positive side, I really appreciated that the host arranged a scooter rental and was flexible when I asked to extend my stay by one night. Overall, these issues didn’t spoil my experience, but the host should be aware that more detail-oriented travelers might find them bothersome.

Not so great

Place has a great and secure location, with a gate for a safe parking area and the pool was working. Place was clean and well decorated.

What I did not appreciate was that someone would cut the water and the light very often. She would send a message that it was the city but the rest of the town had water and light thats why I know it was a lie. Check-out was at 11am and by 10am we had no water or light available. We were unable to wash our face and brush our teeth. The main door had a lock but didn't really lock. We would unlock it without the key, so we had to carry our valuable things with us since it was not safe for us to leave it there. When we were inside the door could be locked from the middle making it safe to sleep without anyone been able to open from the outside. Overall I would definitely not stay here again because of this reasons. Not having water was wild.

Las habitaciones son muy limpias, amplias y cómodas ,con todo lo necesario para estar varios días como casa.

Hay algunas partes en construcción, confío en que acaben pronto y todo es para mejorar la estancia .

M’ha agradat molt la ubicació, les habitacions son molt comodes, amb aire condicionat i nevera que funcionen correctament.

La piscina no estava neta. Ens van deixar una pastilla de sabo de les mans, pero ja estava oberta i utilitzada per algu altre, ja que tenia un pel. La comunicació via whatsapp amb l’anfitriona es dificultosa.
