Location was very close to the airport and this was main value for me. Room was very relatively small but quite clean and well-prepared. Building looks like on the photos and seems like it's a recently constructed building, quite new.
Room key did not work from the first time, room was not opening, and staff could not re-activate it for about 10-15 minutes. This waiting time to get into the room was very unexpected. It was some software issue in hotel management system and seems like due to late hours (after 11pm), administrator could not resolve it quickly. After resolution, all was okay.

I picked this hotel for two reasons: it’s just minutes from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport—perfect for surviving a long layover—and the front desk is staffed 24/7, since my flight landed around 3 a.m. Most of the other “airport accommodations” in the area are more like improvised guesthouses that resemble garden sheds, where arriving in the middle of the night is entirely your problem.
This hotel delivered exactly what I needed. I was welcomed without any issues at 3 a.m., the room was modern and spotless, the bathroom was well designed, the shower had great water pressure, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. Overall, the value for money is excellent.
The hotel bar only served soft drinks overnight, so—for better or worse—I ended up going to bed completely sober.
The neighborhood isn’t exactly postcard material. It’s a patchwork of warehouses and random buildings, with very little greenery, no real sidewalks, and nowhere you’d want to take an evening stroll. Downtown Belgrade is a fair taxi ride away.
