die Lage ist gut. Auf einer Anhöhe. Ruhig. Klimaanlage. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Zum Strand nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Top Lage. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Gastgeber sehr nett.
Die Wohnung ist im Untergeschoss. Keine Fenster. Sehr dunkel. Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt (3 Nächte) war es ok. Länger wäre nicht gegangen

La posizione e il parcheggio riservato, la facilità di accesso con il self checkin. Il gesto carino del proprietario di lasciare in casa dell’acqua fresca e delle cialde di caffè.
La pulizia non ottimale, qualche oggetto rotto in casa (ad esempio il bel dondolo che si vede nelle foto dell’annuncio è completamente distrutto e inutilizzabile, tv non funzionante, così come la ventola del bagno cieco, tubo e pomello della doccia rotti). Poca trasparenza nei costi aggiuntivi che non vengono dichiarati, come ad esempio il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno sia esclusa (solitamente su booking viene esplicitato quando è inclusa nel prezzo visualizzato e quando no)

Indubbiamente la posizione vicino alla Pelosa. il fatto che Fabio abbia prontamente risolto i nostri problemi.

The House is very nice! But the floor was very dirty and there were soap cartons empty behind the sink, and under the toilet, and the shower is falling apart!
