My stay at Sunanda by 1810AD - A Boutique Organic Retreat was very pleasant and comfortable. The property has a charming boutique vibe with a peaceful environment and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were neat, hygienic, and well maintained.
The staff was courteous and provided good hospitality throughout the stay. The food quality was excellent, especially the organic meals and breakfast. The swimming pool and open spaces created a relaxing experience.
A perfect place to unwind in Pushkar with nature, comfort, and good service combined together. Looking forward to visiting again.

The place has been done up well and lives up to the pics. Some of the staff members (Bahadur Ji) and few more are really helpful and friendly.
My overall experience at Sunanda Resort was largely pleasant, and the property itself has a lot going for it. The breakfast quality was good and the food was well prepared, which certainly adds to the stay experience.
However, the service aspect needs serious attention. A few staff members were quite courteous, but unfortunately some were rather rude, which ends up spoiling the overall guest experience. One gentleman, who appeared to be the Manager, came across as distinctly anti-guest in his attitude — neither polite nor well spoken. In hospitality, demeanor matters as much as infrastructure, and such behavior leaves a lasting negative impression.
Another small but telling instance was during breakfast. While the food itself was good, when we asked for coffee — which is typically considered part of a standard breakfast offering — we were told it could not be served because staff was not available. These may seem like small operational issues, but in hospitality, it is precisely these small touches that shape the guest experience.
With better staff training and a stronger focus on guest orientation, the property can easily deliver a far better experience. The management should either ensure that staff are well trained and courteous or reconsider how service standards are maintained, because ultimately service is what sustains hospitality businesses.
Small but critical details make a lasting impact — and that is something the management may want to look into.
