The greeting of staff and the atmosphere of lush & relaxing was welcomed the minute you put foot inside the building. It was a the best environment I've had the pleasure to stay in. To Cat & Allen you both were living and working your best life.... We will be telling everyone of the hospitality and not to mention Jonathan C on guitar Saturday evening... He was brilliant

What an amazing find. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel, but did eat there in the evening. The check in reception was amazing with such personalise and friendly service. It really was way beyond expectations. The hotel decor is beautiful as is the art.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We would definitely return again if in Queenscliff.

The hotel was extremely well maintained and you can see they put their heart and soul into this business.

A well restored Victorian hotel, with quirky and modern decor. We stayed for 2 nights in the studio with bath. Fabulous the first night and basic the second night ( both nights the same cost)

We were given a welcome letter that included a sentence that said for your privacy we will refresh your room on request. This means the room is not serviced at all. Bed not made, bathroom not cleaned. Even when I went to reception to ask when the room would be serviced, I was told I had not read the welcome letter. The outcome, bed not made, tea and coffee not replenished and bathroom not cleaned. We found this to lack the luxury service described when we booked. As it was a long weekend, we also found that the early closure on Sunday evening with no food offering, a little surprising. Certainly, a great place for a Saturday night stay.
