Hotel lindo, atendimento excelente, tudo pensado nos mínimos detalhes. É muito melhor do que nas fotos.
Academia maravilhosa também. Localização ótima. Rua calma e tranquila. Vale a pena fazer breakfast included.

Met de valet parking werd deato aan de straat voor het hotel gezet. Toen we daar s avonds langsliepen, zagen we dat de auto niet op slot was. Er wordt ook geadverteerd met een prachtig loungeterras op de rooftop met uitzicht op de Eifeltoren. Het was ook een prachtig terras, maar beide avonden dat we er verbleven bleef het dicht. Je kon er wel zitten maar geen drankjes, geen muziek, geen verlichting... Dat mag je nog op de website noemen...

Check-in was seamless, the front‑desk team were exceptionally professional and welcoming, and the concierge handled every request with impressive efficiency. Dining at Kinugawa was a highlight the cuisine was superb and the service flawless. Breakfast offered an excellent variety.
Unfortunately, several aspects fell short of 5* standards:
- Restaurant & bar: Staff often seemed under‑trained and, at times, less than welcoming.
- Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent, towel counts varied, personal amenities were moved and rearranged, and complimentary water was frequently omitted.
- Breakfast: Only a couple of waiters were covering the entire room, leaving guests waiting and the overall experience feeling chaotic.
- Elevators: Repeated malfunctions over 2 consecutive days.
Overall, the hotel appeared understaffed and not fully prepared for peak occupancy, which detracted from what should have been a premium stay.
