The flat is on an excellent location, close to the Stazione centrale and near the business area of the city. Facilities are nearby which is very handy (bar downstairs offers business lunches and breakfasts, supermarket nearby, restaurants., bakery, pharmacy). The host is very friendly and responds to messages quickly. The check-in was easy,.although one of the videos was missing regarding the main door opening system which was a bit peculiar. Quickly solved though thanks to the host's prompt explanation. Bed super comfortable. nice big walk-in wardrobe.
The blinds were broken in the bedroom so we could not open them at all during our stay. The blinds in the living room were also stuck but in this case could not be closed. The photos show a wider terrace, probably above our flat. The bathroom faucet was very loose and the kitchen one was getting there. The apartment has a great potential, would need a bit of tweaking here and there. Despite being on the 8th floor, due to old windows, you can hear traffic quite well.
