Very spacious rooms, good location, perfectly working air conditioners, fast internet, helpful owners, everything is clean and very comfortable beds.
If you are a light sleeper, you can hear a lot of street noise in one bedroom, and the water running through the wall in the other bedroom is very loud. More dishes and plates would be needed. There was no hot water in the entire apartment for the first few days, but after informing the hostess, the problem was quickly resolved.

Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania — był czysty, komfortowy, dobrze wyposażony i bardzo przyjemny w użytkowaniu. Dużym jego atutem jest dogodna lokalizacja, która ułatwia zwiedzanie i poruszanie się po mieście.
Kontakt z gospodarzem był sprawny i bezproblemowy. Właścicielka bardzo elastycznie podchodzi do godzin zameldowania i wymeldowania. Cały pobyt przebiegł w bardzo dobrej atmosferze. Chętnie wrócimy tu ponownie.

The accommodation has a great location, very close to Milano Centrale and Bosco Verticale, which made exploring the city very convenient. There are also several good restaurants nearby, and the Duomo is easy and quick to reach by metro.
The host was extremely helpful, flexible, and kind throughout our stay. They assisted us with everything we needed and made us feel very welcome.
There were a few minor downsides. In one of the bedrooms, the traffic noise from the street was quite loud. We also live near a main road at home, so we are used to some noise, but here it seemed more noticeable, probably because the building is older and lets more sound in, even though the windows are modern plastic ones.
The mattress on the double bed was also too soft for us and sank a lot, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. However, the mattresses on the two single beds were much better and comfortable.
Another issue related to the building itself was that flushing the toilet and using the bathroom sink was quite loud, and the noise could be clearly heard in the bedroom next to the bathroom.

The location is great. We were able to walk to the Milan Central station with our baggage. The metro station connect well to the duomo and other places of interest.
The facility is bare bones. The beds are uncomfortable. The shower barely has warm water. There was very little toiletries if these were available at all. The toilet makes a lot of noise so one of the bedroom is very noisy.
