The apartment is in a prime location. A lot of bars and places to eat are walkeable. Its on a narrow road perhaps 2nd or 3rd lot from the highway. There's 2 ways to get here, I recommend going there through the highway/tourism road, not the narrow road from the right side if youre looking at the apartment because it isnt paved and can be very tight if youre using a car. If you use the tourism road route, you only have to use a small portion of unpaved road, and there is ample parking. Not sure if in the rainy season the roads may be flooded but we did not have a problem as it only rained 1 day during our stay. I expected the location to be noisy as there are bars near the main road, but we honestly did not hear any noise from the bars & we had restful sleep. Bed and room were very comfortable. We did not experience any power interruption, wifi signal strong, & AC worked great. Fully equipped space with a table, drinking water, and kitchenette. Small sari sari store near the apt where you can buy drinks, snacks, basic necessities. We had a very pleasant stay & would recommend this place to others.
This is a General Luna wide issue, not isolated to this apt, but the water source is very salty & rusty. Water from the sinks & shower are rusty smelling. The host provides gallon mineral water

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is great, right in the center of GL, near restaurants and nightlife spots. The room was comfortable with cold aircon, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy bed. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay.
However, there are a few things that need improvement. The water had a rusty smell and taste, and even the toilet water appeared brown at times, which suggests issues with the water supply. It would be better if a proper water filtration system is installed for guests’ comfort and safety. Additionally, the place experiences frequent brownouts, so having a generator would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
In addition, the kitchen should have an exhaust fan because cooking inside the room causes unpleasant smells due to poor ventilation. The windows should also have screens to prevent flies and mosquitoes from entering when opened. Lastly, the pillows are too thin and should be replaced with more comfortable ones.
Despite these issues, our stay was still convenient and enjoyable.
