The view, the location but most of all our hosts.

Location is good - a little tricky to find but their website (which they link to) gives good directions. Piana itself is a really lovely village in a fab location, not too touristy itself but perfect for visiting tourist sights around. The accommodation is nicely separate from all other buildings and therefore very quiet, and although it is small it really does have everything you need - we cooked our own meals and lazed around a lot!

There were only a few small problems - notably, the wifi access is via a central service managed by the house, which meant that when there was a power cut one morning, we couldn't do anything to get our internet access back until someone in the main house (we assume) had reset it. One other thing to note is that there is occasionally a medium-sized, quite inquisitive dog around the premises - this was fine by me but my partner is scared of dogs and occasionally had to flee back indoors!
