Newly renovated property with taste and moderate quality. Sofa and bed were comfortable. Nespresso machine had a few provided pods (3) and there was plenty of closet/storage room in bedroom and bathroom which is always nice if you’re staying more than a few days. The secure parking was really nice and is visible from the apartment balcony. The WiFi worked well. The guide book provided great recommendations about the area and we highly recommend the restaurant L’Imprévu which was right around the corner. Excellent value! Get there before 8 though as it fills up.
While the apartment is mostly nice, it could use a little more attention to detail and cleaning, particularly in the bathroom. No toilet paper holder and grubby bits here and there. The main issue I had though (and didn’t see this in the other reviews so detailing it further) is that the building and the area are a bit seedy and rundown, despite being so close to the center of town. The outside of the building is quite dirty and has cigarette butts, cars parked a bit everywhere at night. The entry way doesn’t have light (at least not that we could find) so entering the code at night is challenging and the common areas are fairly dirty and scuffed up. The apartment is up one flight of stairs, but the stairs are easy to navigate. I think the price reflects this, so if you are looking to be close for a good price, and don’t mind staying in an environment like this, then this is good value.

Appartement très propre et refait récemment.
Très bon contact avec les propriétaires
Il manque quelques petites choses dans la cuisine, comme une passoire 😅 mais c’est un tout petit détail

Cet appartement est très fonctionnel, très cosy, on s’y sent bien, il est très propre.
Le parking fermé est un réel atout.
