We absolutely love the location, so quiet but not sat far away from places we like to visit and people we meet up with while in the area.
It’s just so well thought out and looked after. Especially after staying there year upon year. The standards are impeccable.
Helpful gracious hosts.
Nothing, it was perfect for us.

The owners were incredibly hospitable and responsive when we needed assistance.
A potential option to add in a temporary stair gate may be useful for both toddlers and dogs. But otherwise really great!

Beautiful cottage, located in beautiful surroundings.

It was clean, functional and spacious, and nicely decorated.
The grounds where it was were unkept which is a shame, as there is potential for it to be beautiful. Also the bedding was not very good quality, I suspect it is polycotton as opposed to 100% cotton which would have been preferable. It’s a shame that the outdoor space was not particularly useable, ie. There was nowhere to sit outside, a table and chairs outside the front of the cottage would have been lovely as the weather was gorgeous but we couldn’t really be outside to enjoy it.
