A fantastic location for a visit to the Palace of Versailles (15 minute walk) and also for access to the train station to go to Paris (10 minute walk). It is close to places to eat. It has private off street parking (which you pay separately).
Generally the apartment needs a little updating.

La proximité avec le château de Versailles à un tarif intéressant, les commerces pas loin non plus à pied , le parking est un plus également même s'il faut le payer en plus ça vaut le coup.
Le fait que l'appartement soit au rez de chaussée, et pour un weekend c'était très bien. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli a été très sympa et toujours une réponse rapide par message.
Le lit n'était pas très confortable et le canapé lit également mais ça restait assez anodin pour passer juste un weekend. Ça manquait d'un peu de ménage et peut-être de quelques finitions et déco dans l'appartement.

L'emplacement par rapport au petit déjeuner est bien situer, juste le bus pour aller dans la zone de la préfecture ou de la Mairie pour prendre le petit déjeuner.
c'est inacceptable d'être dans un logement sans internet et un écran fonctionnel, nous ne sommes pas au 17 siècle. de ce coté la est 0/20
