Great location! The villa is gorgeous, clean and new. Comfy beds and all the necessary comforts included. Loved the little alfresco area, we ordered in and felt like we were eating out at a little private restaurant.
Multiple times we had someone turn up without letting us know. Cleaner I get it, but the pool guy turned up and I had no idea if he was meant to be there or not. Just a communication issue, but both times I was sitting in the villa topless haha. Host was very apologetic. Toilets were a bit hit and miss, but again the host was great at fixing the issue. I’ve found that a lot of villas do this in Bali, but just note that the second bedroom is seperate from the main house. Not an issue but our 2 kids are very sensitive and hated having to walk outside to get to us if they needed us overnight. I know that isn’t an issue to most, but it may be for some families.

The location is absolutely superb — right on Petitenget street and within walking distance to many popular spots. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and practical, without needing to wait for staff. The price we got was also very reasonable. The customer service was responsive and helpful. Pool towels were provided, and basic amenities such as a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and mosquito repellent were available.
The access road and parking area are quite narrow, which can be challenging if you are traveling by car, especially for drivers who are not used to tight spaces. The cooking utensils could use an update, as some items were worn out (e.g. rusted or peeling non-stick pans). There are also a few minor maintenance issues that should be addressed, such as a missing shower door handle and a toilet flush that runs slightly.

Perfect for a small family (kids aged 5 and 7). We arrived from Canada and this place was ideal for getting over jetlag. Pool was fantastic.
We had no problems.

The host has waited for us at the property, even though it was late night at 1am. He briefly shown us the property and was friendly. It is a comfortable place for us, a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Our kids liked the small pool.
The kitchen area could be better and could have been maintained a little more clean.
