ESTAFADORES

SON UNOS ESTAFADORES!

NOS HAN ESTAFADO. Cuando llegamos a la estancia había una humedad enorme en uno de los cuartos. Tuvimos que tener el agua general cortada, esperar al técnico, limpiar el agua y no pudimos utilizar dos habitaciones y un cuarto de baño de la estancia. A mayores; parte del mobiliario estaba roto, las sábanas sucias y la casa en un estado que no mostraban las fotos. Solicitamos una reserva parcial de la estancia a la propiedad y a Booking y nos han dado largas. Una vergüenza. Recomendamos no contratar el alojamiento e intentar no hacer ningún tipo de reserva por Booking. Contactar directamente con los alojamientos.

Die Lage und Größe der Unterkunft nahe am Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen ist toll, prinzipiell eine gute Raumaufteilung liegt vor, eine Vermieterin, die sogar einen vorgeschickten Koffer zur Unterkunft brachte.

Leider war kurz vorher ein Wasserschaden passiert, der noch nicht komplett beseitigt war, aber repariert, dadurch konnte ein Zimmer nicht einwandfrei genutzt werden.

Muy decepcionadas

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante y el alojamiento estaba muy lejos de las condiciones anunciadas. Desde nuestra llegada nos encontramos con numerosas deficiencias: sábanas y almohadas sucias, paredes con moho, una televisión que no funcionaba y una litera rota. Lo más grave fue la avería de fontanería. Cada vez que alguien utilizaba la ducha, el agua caía desde el techo de una de las habitaciones como si fuera una catarata, empapando por completo la estancia. Como consecuencia, esa habitación quedó inutilizable durante toda la estancia, ya que el colchón y la ropa de cama estaban mojados, con olor a humedad y presencia de moho. Además del evidente perjuicio por no poder utilizar una de las habitaciones y uno de los baños, la caída constante de agua sobre una estancia con instalaciones eléctricas nos generó una gran preocupación por el posible riesgo que ello suponía. La única solución que se nos ofreció fue realizar la reparación durante nuestra estancia, con operarios trabajando en la vivienda, algo que no consideramos aceptable después de haber pagado por disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones en un alojamiento en condiciones. Consideramos que el alojamiento no reunía unas condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad y que nuestra estancia se vio gravemente perjudicada, por lo que entendemos que la compensación solicitada está plenamente justificada.

Una buena terraza, buen jardín y las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. La cocina y el salón también muy espaciosos y cómodos.
