Not sure if me & my friend were the 1st ever people to book this place but yeah.. hard no for me

the bedroom was nice I GUESS

this place is literally someone's house in the middle of a random neighbourhood, you take a cab from the ferry terminal, have the cab driver drive in & JUST nice 3 random construction workers working on floor tiles were outside our accoms with the door opened when we reached and they handed us the keys. I guess only the bedroom was clean, the water area you see in the pictures for you to dip in and swim in or float in... the water was GREEEEEN like SUPER green, no way did me and my friend feel comfortable going in at all.. the shower had NO place to hang out clothes or towel so after bathing we were essentially dripping wet and you either have to dump your clothes on the floor which would eventually get wet cos you're literally showering there, or walk out of the toilet naked and come get your clean dry towel. there are no hangers or knobs for you to hang your dry clothes and towel AT ALL even the door handle of the toilet, you couldn't hang ANYTHING. the shower head was so bad too, and the WORST PART, was the first day we walked in, had to pee, went to see the toilet.... THE TOILET BOWL HAD PEE STAINS AND DROPLETS ON IT AS IF SOMEONE JUST CAME IN TO PEE AND NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN THEIR PEE SPLASH... I seriously dont wanna be accusatory but Im guessing the 3 construction workers outside came in to pee and didn't even bother wiping the seat ??? cos of the yellow droplets just sitting there staring back at me?!?!?!?! the kitchen counter top was dirty and the sink too, like random black bits of i-dont-know-what, and tons of grime. the cups provided were a little stained too, just yuck.

I booked the villa specifically for private pool but it was so dirty and the whole floor of pool was full of algae no pool lights and no water filteration.

Good theme but need alot of improvement

The general idea for the villa is nice. Space is big. Free snacks is complimentary other than mineral water.

1. The pool wasn't ready when checked in. There was no update after that if the pool was cleaned. 2. Tried asking the status of the pool if it was clean, but no reply. Response very slow. Can see they are trying, but needs improvement. 3. WIFI is down = no TV. Thus there is nothing much else to do as the pool is ??? 4. Need to look into the fine details like there was no clothes hook in the bathroom. Pool light was spoil thus unable to really swim at night if wanted. 5. Breakfast menu shows a variety of item, but in actual only had 1 choice. If there is no choice, then it is not necessary to have a menu. Alot of potential for this villa but not made to good use.

I booked the villa specifically for private pool but it was so dirty and the whole floor of pool was full of algae no pool lights and no water filteration.
