I stayed at this apartment from October 24 to 27, 2026, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The photos posted on Booking.com accurately represent the property, so what you see is what you get.
If you are looking for a quiet place in a peaceful neighborhood, this apartment is a good choice. I would especially like to commend Levan for his assistance on my check-in day. He was helpful and made the check-in process smooth and convenient.
The apartment is a semi-basement unit with complete amenities, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and TV. The Wi-Fi and appliances worked properly throughout my stay. There are also local supermarkets nearby, which is convenient if you prefer to buy groceries and prepare your own meals.
Overall, I had a nice stay. The apartment was clean, peaceful, and equipped with the essential amenities for a comfortable visit. I would recommend it to travelers who value cleanliness, a quiet environment, and the convenience of having cooking facilities, provided they are comfortable with the semi-basement setup and location.
However, there are a few things worth considering before booking. The apartment has no windows, although an air ventilation system is available. It is also a little far from Old Tbilisi and Freedom Square, with travel times of approximately 15–30 minutes, depending on traffic. Additionally, there is no bidet in the bathroom, which may be inconvenient for Asian travelers who are accustomed to having one.
