Excellent place to stay in Naples!
The room was a good size, and the staff was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. I contacted them a few weeks before our stay to let them know that we would be arriving quite late, around 11 pm–12 am, and they made everything very easy for us, ensuring that we could have a smooth check-in.
The location is excellent and very convenient. The place also had some nice amenities, including complimentary drinks and a few small snacks, which was a really nice surprise and something we really appreciated.
Another pleasant surprise was that, as part of our stay, we were able to go to a local café downstairs in the mornings and have a drink and a pastry. We had no idea this was included, so it was a lovely added bonus.
At check-out, we were also allowed to leave a little later, which was very helpful.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It is not a flashy or luxurious hotel, but it more than meets what you need for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, the location is great, and the little extras made our stay even better. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Naples.
