The staff are very lovely and the price is good
- Constant construction noise.
- You can do your toilet business and take a shower at the same time.
- We both got ill from the black mold in the A.C., unfortunately we only noticed on the last day.
- There is a kitchen but there is no microwave (there is one at the reception), no cutleries, no plates.

∙ Old building with renovated flooring and furniture, but wall paint failed to conceal seepage
∙ Wall plaster removed/damaged, particularly in the kitchen

∙ Bath area not separated from toilet
∙ Toilet is very small
∙ Drainage not smooth in the toilet

∙ Electric kettle not working
∙ Balcony door and window locks broken
