The bathroom was not properly cleaned. I found used tissues, and the soap provided was not new.

The owner advertised the condo as pet allowed but when we turn up at the condo, we got stop by the security and said we cannot take pet into the condo based on the condo policy and stopped us from getting in the condo. He is now watching us like a hawk. So we contacted the person who handed us a key card for parking and she said she will try to contact the owner. A few minutes later, she called back and saying that we did not inform the owner about the pet. OMG the owner is now blamimg us for not letting her know? We obviously let her know so we told that lady to get the owner to call us directly but that lady told us the owner is not in the country atm. What a liar?
เจ้าของคอนโดโฆษณาว่าคอนโด สามารถพาสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามาพักได้ แต่พอมาถึงเจอยามเข้ามาห้าม ว่าเราไม่สามารถพาสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าคอนโดได้ เพราะเป็นกฏของทางคอนโด เรารีบโทรศัพท์หาคนที่เอาบัตรจอดรถให้เรา แล้วอธิบายให้ฟังว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น นางบอกว่าเดี๋ยวจะโทรหาเจ้าขอวคอนโดก่อน สักพักนางก็โทรกลับมาแล้วบอกว่า ทางเราไม่ได้แจ้งกับทางเจ้าของว่าเราจะนำสัตว์เลี้ยงมา จริงดิ เราแน่ใจ และมั่นใจว่าเราแจ้งไปแล้ว ตกลงคำขอโทษสักคำก็ไม่มี แถมว่าเป็นความผิดของเราที่ไม่แจ้ง เราบอกนางว่าให้ทางเจ้าของคอนโดโทรมาเคลียร์กับเราโดยตรง โดยไม่ต้องผ่านนาง นางบอกว่าเจ้าของไปต่างประเทศ ไม่ได้อยู่ในไทย เราคิดว่านี่คือการโกหกกันชัด ๆ เลย
However, the owner instructed that lady to tell us to wait until 6PM as the security will change their shift then we can smuggle our dog into the building. Really? We just can't believe this is really happend. We felt that we have been con and lie.

We contacted booking.com helpline which really helpful. We explained our situation and told him that we drove from Trat for nearly 6 hours and now got no place to stay.
