Well located, excellent value for money. Swimming pool large enough to swim in.
Large private room, with comfortable bed. Wasn't expecting breakfast, but it was good.
The bed was too close to the wall on one side, with lots of space on the other and unable to move it as ot is built in. Would be far better of placed centrally in the room
Bedding was clean, but long past it's best.
Water pressure in sink was poor.

It’s a lovely location and they keep it very clean. The pool is nice and the atmosphere as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. The coffeee is quite good.
THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING! In the early morning the AC shuts off and doesn’t turn on until 6pm. It’s summer here and the room is easily 32C. The tiny fan on the ceiling is useless and can’t cover all the beds. To make matters worse most businesses aren’t air conditioned either. So you’re really out of luck if you don’t want to be sweating without even a fan all day. ADDITIONALLY there is no soap anywhere in the hostel, with no toilet paper either, so bring that too. The shower is busted and they don’t fix it for some reason. It would only cost maybe 100k kip or $5 for them to buy a shower head and install it. Lastly, the breakfast is pretty bad compared to other hostels. It’s two eggs and one small slice of pineapple and one tiny banana. It feels like the owner is absent and none of his employees care to make a quality experience. With only a few of these fixed it could be one of the best hostels in th4 country with the location and pool. I would have paid more happily.
