Wat een mooi plekje, het uitzicht op Eze is fantastisch. Een ruim terras. Een met appartement. Alles is aanwezig. Ruime kamers. De airco werkte goed. Een fijne douche. 3 minuten lopen naar Eze en de supermarkt. Dichtbij Monaco en Nice, Villefrance-Sur-Mer is ook leuk.
De lift is klein, wel fijn dat hij er is.

Die Terrasse ist einzigartig!!
Die Lage in Eze ist sehr zentral.
Angemessene Einrichtung, im 2. Schlafzimmer steht ein Stockbett.
Vor allem die Wohnungstür war extrem schwierig zu verschließen.
Außer dem Aufzug gab es keine Möglichkeit die Wohnung zu erreichen.
Die Vermieterin ist auf die erbetene WhatsApp-Benachrichtigung nicht eingegangen, ohne Email-Möglichkeit schwierige Verständigung

The best location and price in Eze! The terrace is fantastic, the view is superb, it is within walking distance, shops are nearby, and it is clean, comfortable, and has new air conditioning in all rooms.
The apartment has parking in front of the building, but the parking barrier wasn't working when I was there; I parked nearby, following the owner's instructions. There was a rather strong smell of insecticide inside—likely for ants. You should buy water before arriving at the apartment—there’s a shop nearby—since there isn't any in the fridge, and summer temperatures reach 31°C (88°F), though it doesn't feel that hot thanks to the sea breeze.
