Owner was very kind and helpful when I asked her questions, although I wish there was more direction about public transportation to the apartment, especially because it’s very difficult to get a taxi/uber/bolt at night here since it’s really outside of the old town.
It was clean, and well taken care of.
The towels smelled like smoke slightly. The property is a little further than expect from the old town but easy to get to with the public transit bus 1A (about 30-40 mins).

Lovely quiet location, right across from the water and a quiet area to swim by the harbour. A supermarket also a 5 minute walk away. Bus stop is a short 1minute walk away the 1A takes you to the centre of Dubrovnik old town and runs often. Downloading the Libertas app helped.
A convenient fridge to store some food and a kettle it saves money on eating out.
Great air-conditioning and drawers filled with anything you might forget like paper cups, plates, cutlery, pack of cards, plug, aftersun, shampoo, hairdryer, and various other amenities.
The place was wonderful great location, host was really lovely. I would have liked a lamp in the main room so I didn't use the big light but that's just a preference. Nothing bad to comment about my stay it was wonderful. :))))

Es un depto cómodo para una persona. A 30' en bus de la old town. El bus se toma vacío a 20 pasos del depto. Parece mucho pero es una distancia saludable respecto del tumulto q es Dubrovnik. Además tiene una playita muy tranquila a 5' a pie. Supermercados y panaderías cerca
El sistema de ingreso es con clave. No se me informó debidamente y el anfitrión no se encontraba en el lugar. Desinteligencias q si se anticipan minimamente hacen a una mejor bienvenida
