Fantastic breakfasts, the proximity to the rainforest, a well-equipped room, and a stunning bathroom.
1. The distance from the city centre; 2. If you’re planning to visit the rainforest, don’t book an organized tour; just take a taxi instead.

Staff were very professional. Early check-in, airport pickup and drop off (at a reasonable cost). The view of lake kivu was amazing.
Shower took a while to heat and the fridge was not working initially.
