Dina is a very warm and welcoming host who gave us a wonderful welcome and provided us with lots of recommendations for Lisbon, Ericeira, and Mafra. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet. All nearby destinations are easily accessible by car.

La limpieza junto con la comodidad de tener a nuestra disposición productos de limpieza (papel WC, jabones, estropajo, trapos de cocina, bolsas de basura,...), secador de pelo en cada uno de los baños. Otra de las cosas que no hemos encontrado en otras estancias es la utilización de toallas para la piscina para cada una de las personas, poder utilizar sombrilla y cortavientos en la playa.
Debido a la buena situación de Ericeira pudimos desplazarnos hasta Zafra, Cascais, un poco más distante al precioso Óbidos, a varias playas cercanas y no puedo olvidarme de los magníficos paseos matinales bordeando la costa atlántica.
No tener una mesa amplia en la zona exterior para las nueve personas que habitábamos la casa, no tener hamacas para tomar el sol para las nueve personas.

The house is very nice and was very clean, everything was spot on!
The host was invasive and the lack of privacy. Accused me of not complying with a clause in the contract that was never there! Does not allow visitors but on the contract says “No group restrictions”. Accused me of having a party, when I was just having dinner with family members. Neighbours called the host saying we were making a lot of noise (bare in mind we were using the speakers left in the house by the host to be used) at 7pm!!!! There was a wedding going on next to the house but the neighbours blamed us and the host called us to complain about this at 7pm (quite time is between 07am until 11pm)!!! We paid everything via the website and yet had to pay 200€ deposit and Taxa municipal (no receipt or proof if this “taxa municipal”. This is not clear when you making the reservation, only after you pay that they let you know.
