The location is a short walk into town, and has a lovely view of the river from the dinning room and kitchen. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The flat is very modern with everything you need to for a luxurious stay. Everything was in perfect order. The hosts were very attentive (especially when I accidentally left my phone in the flat after checking out).
While the neighbourhood is very quiet, the seagulls are not. If you are sensitive to seagull cries, be sure to bring ear plugs--but that is not the fault of the hosts, but rather the proximation to the seaside.

Very clean, fully equipped kitchen in excellent condition. Very cosy apartment. Excellent location, next to the river with fantastic views. Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the gym. Private own parking space.
