Paradise on the Pool is an ideal getaway spot for anyone looking to enjoy coastal Maine! The spacious layout with 4 bedrooms and multiple beds will be perfect for families and friends. Having both ocean views and quick beach access for kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply relaxing by the shore is a huge bonus. Plus, the back deck sunsets are incredible!
With a main floor bedroom and full bath with a shower, plus three additional bedrooms upstairs, there's plenty of space for your family to spread out. The modern kitchen and open living area provide the perfect setting to cook meals, play games, or simply soak in the stunning views. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this is the perfect getaway on Hills Beach Road!
The amenities included are linens (bedding and towels) a washer and dryer, WiFi, AC, ceiling fans in every room, outdoor shower, propane grill, Keurig coffee maker, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas range, making it feel like a home away from home. The inclusion of beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon is a thoughtful touch to help with ease of packing and for anyone wanting to spend a day in the sand.
A DynaTrap is included to help reduce mosquitoes in the outdoor areas.

Beautiful home located on water and across the street from the beach. Karen was excellent with communication and the process for booking/modifications was easy. The home is truly a home... Very clean and well decorated. Rather than the typical vacation rental it felt like a real home. All the appliances, kitchen ware, and furnishings were top quality which you don't often find in a rental. We are a family who enjoys chilling, exploring and cooking at home so this was really appreciated! Children will love the many options to play. We had a 5 year old with us. There were books, Legos, board games and more inside. There's a beach cart, sand toys and more for the easy one quarter mile walk to the public beach entrance. The neighborhood is peaceful. We met one of the neighbors who was absolutely lovely! As mentioned, the house sits in front of the Biddeford pool so you get a completely different view and understanding of the rise and fall of the water. There's a really cool wall 'clock' that tells you exactly what the status of the tide is and what's coming up. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck every day. The powered awning was nice to extend during the hotter hours.If you are looking for laid back, beach vacation in a beautiful home and location, look no further! You'll be glad you booked with Karen!

Paradise on the Pool was everything we hoped for and more! Truly a beautiful home, super clean, great location, and incredible views from the deck. We loved every minute! Karen was a great communicator and had the house stocked with everything you may possibly need. It truly felt like coming home each night. It was hard to leave and I am already planning how I can get back!
