Available year-round! This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the peaceful neighborhood of West Cape May comfortably sleeps 8 and is the perfect getaway. Just a short walk or bike ride to local favorites like Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm, Bella Vida Café, and the Washington Street Mall, and minutes from Cape May’s best beaches, lighthouse, and scenic nature trails. The first floor features a spacious dining room, a bright open-concept kitchen and living area with board games and entertainment, a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a laundry room with a built-in dog grooming station.Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds and two trundles—plus another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.Outside, enjoy the large screened-in porch, deck overlooking a fully fenced backyard, and a private in-ground salt water pool with lounge space and outdoor games. There's even a separate fenced stone area for pet use.Whether you're here for the 4th of July fireworks, the West Cape May Christmas Parade, birding, biking, or beach days, this home truly offers something in every season. Tenants are responsible to bring lines and towels or contact 3rd party to rent them. Personal items are also tenant responsibility and not provided. Check in is located a Realtor office for safety. Pet-friendly for dogs under 25 lbs. (with owner approval and $250 fee). Additional $275 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. There is $1000 Security Deposit on all rentals. It is returned 2 weeks after check out if no damage. EV charging not permitted. Pool and pet policy agreements required. Owner’s quarters and Garage are locked off and not accessible to guests.

We absolutely loved our weeklong stay at this beautiful home. The location is a short drive or bike ride to a lovely shopping area with groceries, promenade and multiple beaches, but is quiet so when you sit out back or on the screened in porch you can hear the birds and very little else! The layout was perfect for indoor/outdoor relaxation - the pool was amazing - float and look up at trees and sky! The back deck with a very nice high end grill (natural gas, no propane tank to worry about) was perfect for eating outside at sunset. We cook alot and really appreciated the open plan kitchen (we could cook, eat, watch sports - all together!). Special things about the kitchen include lovely high end appliances, beverage/coffee area, and high quality kitchen tools. On the first floor we appreciated the dog wash area and laundry room, as well as the queen bedroom and full bath. Upstairs was spacious and comfortable for the kids - we only had 2 sleeping up there but it could comfortably fit 2 in each bedroom plus more if you use the trundles. The management team was very quick to respond to and address any and all of our questions. We hope to stay there again. PLANNING TIP: As stated in the listing, linens are not included, neither are disposables. We would recommend bringing sheet sets for all beds (quilts are provided), bath/beach/hand towels (they did have dishtowels), as well as dishwasher/laundry detergent, bath/dish/hand soaps and TP/Paper towels.

Enjoyed our two night stay. House was well equipped and met our needs. Interior of the home was very nice and well maintained. Exterior and outdoor furniture could use some TLC.

The home was beautiful with a fantastic pool and a great location, close to the wonderful walking paths in the nature preserve. There was a TV with cable and streaming services. The screened in porch was delightful. Our only quibble was that we had to pick up keys from a realtor during business hours. That worked out fine, but involved an extra stop and a little concern about traffic causing delays. Also, be forewarned that they do not provide sheets and towels. This is fairly standard for the shore, but not a typical VRBO experience. Additionally, we had to buy other household goods that are usually supplied in a short term rental (napkins, shampoo, tissues). I’m sorry to quibble about these minor inconveniences when the house was so beautiful and is exactly like it is presented in the photos, but it is good to know how much you need to prepare in advance of making the booking.
