About this house rental
This Guadalupe River home that sits on over 4 acres is a very unique property with River access, views and private pool and new hot tub. Just North of San Antonio and only 35 minutes from the airport you are close to State Parks, Fredericksburg with its charming downtown, vast amount of Wineries and all that the Texas hill country offers. The 3200 sq ft 4 Bedroom house sits on a high Bluff with amazing views towards the NW which allows for some beautiful Sunsets. The home also offers a game room with a pool table and a smart TV with a deck overlooking the property.
MAX 8 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 1 YRS OLD.
There are security cameras- one pointing towards the driveway and one towards the pool area (turned off when guests are in house) along with a video door bell. Driveway and doorbell stay on during stay.
Bring your tubes or kayaks and launch from the backyard or you can take advantage of a local company that has the equipment and transportation.

The pictures on the Internet do not do this beautiful property justice. Not only is the home in pristine condition, but the views are spectacular. In addition, the communication from the owner Cristal was outstanding. As someone who owns a number of vacation rentals myself, I know it is not an easy task to make sure a property exceeds the expectations of the guests. This property does. Congratulations Cristal on having such a beautiful home and for your kind hospitality. We will be back!
