About this villa rental
A stunning, new, spacious, and modern "Jetsol" canal-side villa featuring stylish design and situated on a wooded plot. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling) and is located in the quiet, exclusive canal district, 1.5 km from the beach. The property is accessible to people with reduced mobility and includes a 12.5-meter mooring.

The ground floor comprises an air-conditioned 65 m² living room with a large flat-screen Smart TV (DTT and international channels), fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and a 140 cm sofa bed, alongside a dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Also on the ground floor is a large, air-conditioned master suite with a 180 cm bed (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
Additionally, there are two further double bedrooms with 180 cm beds (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. A separate guest toilet is also provided.
Upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase in the living room, there are four bedrooms arranged as follows:
Two large, air-conditioned master suites with canal-view terraces and 180 cm beds (two 90 cm beds pushed together), each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet.
One of these suites is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV (DTT and international channels).
There are also two additional air-conditioned double bedrooms with 180 cm beds (two 90 cm beds pushed together).
A separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet completes the upper floor. Outside, you will find a large, sunny L-shaped pool (8m along the canal side and 9m along the house side x 4m, with a depth of 1.60m) featuring a waterfall, a whirlpool section, and a shower. The area includes a 150m² terrace with an outdoor lounge and 8 sun loungers, as well as a 13m² bioclimatic covered terrace with a large table for evening meals by the barbecue.
The pool is heated from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The heat pump activates when the temperature drops below 28°C, though this depends on the weather; the water temperature is generally about 8 to 10 degrees warmer than the average daytime outdoor temperature.

Lovely spacious property, great bedrooms, lovely kitchen and living area and fantastic outside space. Probably best to have a car, but restaurants and beach are walkable. Would recommend.
