This Grand Lake cottage boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed. The Colorado River is part of the property, and you can fish, splash, and take in the view. The hot tub provides a great lookout of the Never Summer mountain range, and gorgeous star-viewing night skies. A fire ring next to the hot tub allows for fun roasting moments, too! Guests can enjoy amenities like a full kitchen, a kayak (for use at the lake only a mile away) You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

We had an amazing trip! We stayed for a week and enjoyed the hut tub every night. You can hear the river and see it from the patio. It is a little steep to get down to the river it but not as bad as it looks. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. She also enjoyed the coloring books they had. The house had everything we needed and I appreciated all the spices. The owners were super responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

We HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park or Grand Lake! Erin knows what she's doing! Her amazing house has an HGTV-chic interior with unique architecture in one of the most beautiful settings in the country. I cherished my morning coffee out on the incredible back patio, listening to the amazing sounds of the Colorado River down below. It's a quick five-minute drive to downtown Grand Lake as well as the RMNP west entrance. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful clean location near the east entrance of Rocky Mountain national Park! Even closer to the wonderful hike to Adams Falls. High-end kitchen great for cooking in and comfy beds. We liked hearing the rushing river going by as we sat on the porch. Overall very relaxing and peaceful.

Everything was great for a perfect getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’ll need. The hot tub and short walk down to the creek was icing on the cake!
