I was so happy with this stay. Everything was as it stated and exceptionally clean. I was so very impressed with everything. That being said, if would totally recommend and I’d also stay here again. Funny enough, I came in for the Seaford Class reunion and found out that my schoolmates were staying g on the upper level of this house and felt the same.

No negative comments, great location for our visit. Up to date photos, off street parking was very nice. I would note the coffee maker was a KEURIG model to assist my fellow coffee drinkers!WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGIAN.

This review comes from a different perspective as we live locally, and stayed here for two weeks during home renovations. As other reviewers have noted, this is a basement apartment - the stairs are tricky and the shower door is narrow. We had to deal with some weather related issues, but the host, Al, was very responsive and helpful.Great location - convenient to restaurants, shopping and transit options (parkways/LIRR/bus) but in a quiet neighborhood. Good choice for an extended stay with a more comfortable homey feel than a hotel and all the amenities you'd need. Especially appreciated the washer/dryer and full kitchen!

We had a great stay. Pluses-everything in the apartment was new, the kitchen, the bathroom, the shower-all great. Minuses-the stairs are a little wonky & the shower door is great if you’re of average size. Be cautious if you require more…space. Overall our stay was great and the host was quick to respond to my questions. We hope to go back next year.
