However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!

Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. If we notice that there has been any smoking (smell, cigarette, butts, ashes indoors), there will be an immediate report to Airbnb for a $300 professional cleaning.
- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

The place was very clean and conveniently located. It was roomy and the balcony was lovely. We were missing hand towels, and the kitchen had the basics, don't plan on doing any serious cooking. The host responded quickly when I mentioned the shampoo was missing and it was delivered. I never did receive the hand towels and I think there was confusion with the communication. The faucets in the ensuite bathroom were very loose and need to be tightened as everything moved around when I turned the water on and off. My biggest complaint has nothing to do with this lovely unit, but the people in the building. The balcony is located directly next to another balcony that is used by other units. Apparently, people used the other balcony to smoke weed, and the smell cam right over to our balcony. For someone who doesn't smoke weed, this made it impossible to sit outside. I know that it could have just been my bad luck, but I did want to mention it. Otherwise, the unit is lovely.

This place was perfect for our weekend! Very clean, welll stocked with essentials. Easy instructions on entry and exit. The host is very accurate in listing their unit. Very comfortable couch, beds, and welcoming!!! Will definitely consider staying here again!!!

Exactly as described and appears in photos. Spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen & bathrooms, has both a regular coffee pot & keuirg, refrigerator with ice and filtered water. The outdoor deck and furniture made morning coffee relaxing and evenings refreshing. However, once the sun came up it was very sunny & no way to block it or shade, which isn't necessarily a negative. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans were a welcoming addition! Neighborhood seemed safe and walkable to good food & drinks and 10-13 minute uber/drive to Vanderbilt University & Hospitals and Broadway. The host James was quick to respond when I had a small snafu with the door code and a great host. The building has an elevator and parking lot. I would definitely stay here again.
