The location is extremely central: everything is within easy walking distance—whether in stilettos or flip-flops. It is ideal for vacationers, business travelers, festival-goers, and conference attendees.
The Old Port, the beach, the Forville market hall, restaurants, shops, and the historic village of Le Suquet (in the picturesque medieval quarter) are all within a 5-minute walking distance. The "Midi" beach is just a 10-minute walk away.

I have stayed in Cannes many many times and this is the best location and apartment I’ve ever stayed in. It is next to everything. It is quiet. The terrace is a haven and the communication with the host is perfect. Will come back.
