No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed inside the house.
The house is self-check-in, and I will provide you with a code to the lockbox for access.
There are no cameras inside the house. The only cameras are located outside the property and on the door for security purposes. Please DO NOT UNPLUG SECURITY CAMERAS!!
Please do not exceed the maximum guest count without prior approval.
If you need any additional amenities (extra towels, linens, etc.), feel free to reach out ahead of time, and I'll make sure everything is ready for you!

Very beautiful, clean and comfortable. It seems like a new space. We had a few small issues that I was able to address with the host. Overall they did not take away from our overall experience. Would definitely stay here again. There are limited kitchen supplies. Bring your own drinking water.

Very new, clean, updated home. Convenient location for most places around Houston, including MD Anderson, which is what we were in town for. Neighborhood was a bit of a mix of homes/quality, but not bad and this specific home was very nice!
