About this apartment rental
The Residence is located just a 350-meter walk from the beautiful San Lorenzo Bay, a beach with white sand and a seabed that slopes very gently, making it particularly suitable for children.
In the bay, you’ll find Lido San Lorenzo, a beach club featuring a bar and an excellent seafood restaurant... and your four-legged friends are welcome!
In the center of the Residence, in the shade of the olive trees, is our swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs: we’ve also thought of the little ones’ fun with a children’s pool area that’s no deeper than 30 cm and features a small water slide.
For those who love to stay in shape, there’s also a multipurpose tennis/soccer field, which—starting this year—is fully lit for exciting evening matches, where you can have fun challenging other guests.
The playground for the little ones is located in the olive grove.
A spacious two-room apartment, functionally furnished and tastefully decorated. The highlight of this accommodations are the panoramic terrace, offering views of the sea and the beautiful town of Vieste, furnished with wicker chairs and an outdoor dining table. It is located on the second floor of the main building (there is no elevator) and consists of one air-conditioned double bedroom equipped with a closet, bedside tables with lamps, and a luggage rack; an air-conditioned living area with a pull-out double sofa bed and a dining area with a kitchenette; the bathroom features a shower, double sink, bidet, and toilet; and finally, there is a covered veranda for exclusive use, furnished with an outdoor dining table and wicker chairs.
The apartment is equipped with:
- Wi-Fi: guaranteed only in outdoor areas (veranda) and common areas (pool); there may be little or no reception inside the apartment.
- Bedding
- Bath linens (1 shower mat, 1 face towel, 1 bidet towel, and 1 bath towel per guest)
