Abundant sunlight, pale wood-look flooring, crisp white furnishings, soft neutral finishes, and sea-inspired accents create a relaxed contemporary setting, while panoramic views stretch across the turquoise Gulf and glow with coral, gold, and violet at sunset.

The open living room keeps the scenery front and center with expansive windows, balcony access, comfortable seating, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of room for seafood dinners, leisurely breakfasts, or family game nights, while the updated kitchen features white cabinetry, dramatic black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for easy meals at home.

All three bedrooms and three bathrooms are conveniently arranged on one level. The Gulf-view Primary suite features a king bed, private balcony access, dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. A peaceful queen guest bedroom opens to its own private balcony and is paired with a tub/shower combination bathroom. The third bedroom has a fresh nautical style with two twin beds, with an additional shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer make longer beach stays especially convenient.

Seascape Resort also offers access to golf, tennis, pickleball, dining, shopping, and entertainment throughout the resort and nearby area. Seasonal beach and watersport rentals are available along the shoreline for guests ready to spend more time on the Gulf.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
