Charming terrace apartment perfect for a couple. Very well appointed with modern appliances. Very quiet location yet steps from Palais des Papes and an easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Melanie was fantastic. Our first morning there we were having a problem figuring out the coffee maker. When a phone conversation didn't solve it Melanie came by on her bike headed to work with a thermos of coffee. It really wasn't necessary as the answer to the coffee maker was quickly discovered. Melanie then spent about 20 minutes with us pointing out things to do and see as well as giving us dining recommendations. After we departed Melanie discovered we had left something behind, contacted us, and was kind enough to mail it back to the US. There aren't enough "Mercis" to acknowledge Melanie's kindness!

Quaint property. Tricky to find if you don’t speak French. You have to park your car some distance away after you have dropped off luggage at door. P and RItaliens best optionThere is a free bus that does a circuit of the city very regularly. Get off at Carmes stop and walk the rest off the way. 5 minutes.

This cute cottage is in a great location in a very quiet part of Avignon. It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable bed. Melanie is a gracious host and communication was easy. (Her English is excellent.) We would happily stay here again!
