Charming family home, fully renovated in 2024. Located on the edge of the forest in a quiet neighborhood close to shops and the town center. This well-equipped 90 m² house features 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC, a fitted kitchen, and a living and dining area opening onto an enclosed garden and a sunny terrace, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing in the sun with complete privacy. Everything is easily accessible by bike or on foot. Escape for a longer stay or a few days and explore the local markets. Discover our beautiful region where activities abound: - Shore fishing and water sports (land sailing and kitesurfing) - 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal for Île d'Yeu (30-minute crossing) - 800m from the sea and 1km from the main beach - At the foot of the Noirmoutier bridge, discover the unmissable Plage des Dames and its legendary Passage du Gois - Numerous trails and cycle paths near the house to discover the rich and diverse flora and fauna of the Pays de Monts state forest, which covers 2268 hectares. The house is spacious and can accommodate 7 people. (Ideal for 4 adults and 3 children) Inside the accommodation you will find: A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, blender, toaster, Senseo coffee machine and all the necessary cooking utensils. 3 bedrooms Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160/200 cm) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140/190 cm) and 1 bunk bed (90/190 cm) Bedroom 3, a mezzanine ideal for children (under the eaves, a real hideaway for the little ones... please note that an adult cannot stand upright): 1 double bed (140/190 cm) Bathroom Walk-in shower Hair dryer and hair straightener .
