The house was very spacious and clean for our stay. We were here for a baseball tournament and the property suited our needs perfectly. We had enough space to where our two families didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The very few issues we had were tended to promptly. Communication was excellent. The house was mostly updated and we were very impressed with how clean everything was. My kids enjoyed the pool on our one afternoon we had of free time. It was a quick and easy drive into Waxahachie. The only thing that we did not enjoy was that there isn't door to separate the toilet in the master bathroom from the rest of the bathroom. Definitely not a deal breaker but that would have made the stay even better. I would certainly recommend this property and will stay here again if we play in the area in the future.

Listing showed an office with a twin size sofa bed but that was not present. Everything else about inside the house was spacious and clean. The outside was perfect for a relaxing day at the pool. The grill was really dirty and needed to be cleaned.

The house was great and we enjoyed our stay. We also enjoyed the pool as well. Communication with the host was very good as well.

Excellent floor plan; good communication with host and she's gracious enough to have us checked in an hour early without extra cost.. everything was great. The only thing that we were not able to use is the swimming pool coz it had a lot of debris and also already setting at the bottom of the pool. We tried to clean it oirsleves int he morning, but it was too much of debris.The sink was leaking and was flooding the kitchen but no big deal coz we did turn it off..overall, the house and our stay was good, and I'd still recommend it to my friends.
