About this apartment rental
This apartment is on the second floor of a XIX century building with no elevator ( two flight of stairs) close to the parmentier metro station line 3 and is only 1 kilometer ( 0.6 mile) from the republique square which is a main metro hub with line 3,5,8,9 and 11.
It has a double confortable bed ( 140cm *190cm ) which is also a murphy bed which turns into a couch, a desk in front of the window, a kitchen and a full bathroom. There is a laundrymat in the same block and plenty of bistrots, restaurants, markets and bakers in the immediate neighborhood. The popincourt farmers market which is 500 meters away and is open on tuesdays and fridays mornings.
The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV, quality linens and towels.
Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 12pm and after 9pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 10am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 12pm.
