There is a train that runs at the backside of the property. Inconsistently active dependent on time of year. Ear plugs and fans provided in case sensitive to noise.

The property is remote and heavily treed therefore presenting a higher possibility of a wildlife encounter.
It is common for deer, elk, cougars, and bears to pass through the properties perimeters.
Please do not approach, but rather enjoy any sightings from a distance.

- MUST HAVE a AWD or 4WD vehicle for the Winter duration.
- Our roads are plowed and maintained regularly during the winter season, however some snow and ice will remain after clearing.

Amazing property and location! Just make sure to get some groceries or small snacks since it’s a 30-40 minute drive to any food.
