L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme en face du terminal de transports de Manizales par la passerelle. L'emplacement est très pratique car les deux téléphériques partent du terminal. L'hôtel est petit, très propre, avec des lits confortables. Excellent accueil malgré une arrivée tardive et un départ matinal. Café offert le matin. Bon restaurant de quartier et boulangerie dans la même rue. Beaucoup de services au terminal.
Le chat ne veut pas se laisser approcher.
