Everything, the place has a great view. The staff is exemplary and really loved staying at this place. The bed is also very comfortable compared to most other properties.

The location was very good, although there was no direct drop-off area in front of the building entrance. I also appreciated having a jacuzzi, but its condition and cleanliness were not sufficient to feel comfortable using it.
I believe I should receive a full refund. The hairdryer started smoking and nearly caught fire, which was extremely unsafe. The building’s pool was out of service, and I was not informed about this beforehand.
I was also asked to inspect the apartment myself because of a 2000 AED security deposit (even though it wasn’t charged to me), which created unnecessary stress. Several elements of the apartment were noticeably worn-out.
Additionally, the walls are very thin — I could hear neighbors, doors slamming, noises from above, and even the elevator beep at night. I couldn’t sleep, and the stay was overall very uncomfortable.
