- good location
- good kitchen appliances
- comfy beds
- not a new property - lots of stains on sofas/ towels/surfaces
- feels very worn and has been used for parties a lot
- felt a little dirty due to the property being worn
- not as pictured - no cushions on outside furniture
- 3 million Indonesian rupiah deposit in cash required - do not allow card
- check out 11 am and check in not until 16:00, which seemed very late considering check out was 11.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! The property is gorgeous – beautifully designed and felt completely brand new. We enjoyed our time here immensely.
What really made our stay special was the hosting team. They were exceptionally caring and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with all our requests, no matter how small. Their attentiveness really made us feel welcome.
We would be delighted to return in the future and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay was amazing! The villa is brand new, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly hospitable and always ready to help with anything. The location is also perfect—close to everything. Highly recommended, we’d definitely come back!
