Ottima in fattore di posizione, due minuti e sei al mare o in centro

MOLTO sottili le pareti, io ed il mio fidanzato sentivamo russare nella camera a fianco. Ed inoltre 100 € per una notte forse un po caro essendo solo una stanza con il bagno, diminuirei il prezzo di almeno 20€

La simpatia e l'empatia del proprietario, il bagno seppur piccolo nuovo e moderno, la posizione

Manca un armadio, manca un frigo anche collettivo,non c'è insonorizzazione tra una camera e l'altra, manca l'aria condizionata..... è molto calda la struttura, se si entra dal retro non rende giustizia alla casa, meglio entrare dalla loro vietta privata

Sicuramente gli host molto cordiali e disponibili

Purtroppo lo stato della struttura dell’hotel e dell’isolato attorno versa in una condizione di degrado, l’interno della stanza era in uno stato a parte il bagno, a mio avviso da ristrutturare in diversi aspetti. Il corredo bagno e gli accappatoi vecchi, da sostituire, come le lenzuola. Posizione ottima.
