Wonderful room with an extraordinarily comfortable bed. The sheets and duvet were of the softest cotton, it was like sleeping in a cloud.
I met Lynne for a quick chat, which was lovely. There was a piece of cake waiting for me, and a cute little bar of the delicious dark chocolate.
The Ship Inn is just around the corner. Axmouth is a lovely little village to walk around. For those walking the coast path, it's a little extra walk from the coast but it's level, so that helps.
